True Companion Weddings will work with any size budget to make your dream a reality. Below are general guidelines for pricing, but please note that we are always willing to work with brides and grooms to reach a balance of services needed and budget.

Rehearsal and Ceremony Director

A Rehearsal and Ceremony Director is $100.  This package was created for the couple that has planned their wedding but would like to have a professional direct the wedding party at their rehearsal and throughout the ceremony.

 

Includes:

  •  One planning meeting to finalize details, one month prior to wedding
  •  One hour rehearsal session at the ceremony location
  • Coordination of the ceremony proceedings
  • Event planner will arrive 2 hours prior to the ceremony and ensure the venue is prepared

Personal Wedding Planning Seminar

Our Personal Wedding Planning Seminar is $100.  This is a one hour session with a professional wedding planner, and is an opportunity for brides to have all of their wedding planning questions answered on topics such as: budget maintenance, choosing the right vendors, average costs of specific services, etiquette, wedding day time line, logistics of ideas, and where & how to get started.

Includes:

  • Review planner's personal binders full of information on venue locations and other local wedding professionals
  • Review invitation samples
  • Preferred vendor list

*If the bride would like to hire a day-of coordinator for her wedding after her personal planning session, then the $100 fee will be applied to her day-of package.*

Itemization of Rehearsal and Wedding Day Services

Day Of Services are $500. This Price Includes (But Is Not Limited To):

Prior To Your Wedding Day:

  • 2-3 consultations to discuss vision, contracts, budget, etc.
  • Unlimited communication via email and phone
  • Assistance with ceremony order and selections
  • Create a comprehensive wedding day schedule for wedding party
  • Create detailed wedding day timeline for vendors
  • Confirm final details with vendors (services, delivery date, arrival time, etc.)
  • Collect and store wedding day items such as pictures, guest book, cake knife, toasting flutes, table names/numbers, seating cards, favors, candles, etc. (up to two weeks before wedding) (Optional)
  • Assist with obtaining final head count through follow up on RSVP’s (Optional)
  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (Optional)

On Your Wedding Day:

  • 1-2 coordinators for up to 12 hours
  • Guide you graciously through your day and keep you on schedule
  • Supply bridal emergency kit and trouble-shoot emergency situations
  • Oversee set-up of ceremony and reception
  • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, and vendors
  • Distribute final payments/gratuities as needed
  • Greet and direct guests
  • Distribute ceremony programs
  • Distribute bouquets, corsages, and boutonničres
  • Line up and cue wedding party for ceremony
  • Gather wedding party and family for photos and events
  • Assist band or D.J. in smooth transition through reception and ceremony
  • Transport gifts and personal items to on-site car or hotel room

**All packages and prices may be altered based on selected services and budget.

**Fees vary based on wedding location, number of guests and number of months in advance that services are secured.

**Additional fees may include travel and hotel expenses

Itemization of Partial Planning Services

Partial Planning Services are $750. This Price Includes (But Is Not Limited To):

Prior To Your Wedding Day:

  • Unlimited communication via email and phone
  • Assistance with event design/theme/décor
  • Vendor referrals, negotiations and contract review 
  • Assistance with ceremony order and selections
  • Provide personalized timeline and checklist
  • Rehearsal dinner location research and coordination 
  • Assistance with wedding favor selection
  • Create a comprehensive wedding day schedule for wedding party and vendors
  • Confirm final details with vendors (services, delivery date, arrival time, etc.)
  • Collect and store wedding day items such as pictures, guest book, cake knife, toasting flutes, table names/numbers, seating cards, favors, candles, etc. (up to two weeks before wedding) (Optional)

  • Draft copy for ceremony program
